General order information

 

Order Acknowledgment:

All orders and sample requests will be accepted only in writing to ensure accuracy. Orders will be processed and billed in accordance with information and our acknowledgments.

 

Prices/Terms:

All prices are F.O.B. our Warehouse. All prices are in accordance with this web site, we are not liable for any incorrect, published prices elsewhere. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, current prices are valid for 30 days.

 

Artwork/Debossing die:

Vector art is requiered on the Deboss imprint - PC compatible format using Adobe Illustrator CS6, Corel Draw X7, EPS or PDF, with all text converted to outline. Debossing Die will be kept on file for 3 years maximum for repeat orders.

 

Sample:

All samples will be charged at the 1st column price. Random sample charge will be waived(upto 2 pcs) with provided shipping account.

 

Email Proof / Virtual Proof:

Once the order and art are received, you will receive an email Proof within 24 hours at no charge. Please include your email address on your order.

 

Rush Order:

Please confirm production time and charges with our Customer Service.

 

Shipping Charge:

Shipping charges are based on the published rate announced by UPS or FedEx.

Drop/Split Shipment Charge: $5.00(V) per address(Min. Qty via STD packing per box, additional charges may apply for small Qty per address).

 

3rd Party shipping:

3rd party shipping is available only for (ASI/Sage)Distributor's shipping account with handling fee of $2.50(V) per box, we do not accept your client's or end user's shipping account. 3rd party shipping is not available for the shipment shipping via Air or shipping out of the united state.

 

Warranty:

Limited Warranty on defective material and merchandise. Any defective merchandise must be reported to us within 5 working days from receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to repair or replace only the quantity of merchandise returned to us. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. All merchandise printed (after shipped) by any other printing company is not covered by warranty.

 

International Drop Shipment:

International Drop Shipment is available with additional charges and limited service, please call for details. All merchandise shipped out of the United States is not covered by warranty, returns will not be accepted in any conditions. We do not accept 3rd party shipping on any International shipment.
